Kodiak Saunas was born from a partnership rooted in craftsmanship. Ryan Tilson and Justin Halpern have been business partners since 2014, bringing together Ryan's background as a skilled carpenter and Justin's expertise as a heavy equipment operator. What started with deck builds, fence installations, and excavation work grew into something bigger. In 2016, the two launched the sauna division — a natural extension of their hands-on approach and commitment to quality outdoor living.
Today, Ryan and Justin remain grounded in the same values that started it all. Hard work, quality, and a deep love for the sauna practice. They've experienced firsthand the health, wellness, and community that sauna brings, and built Kodiak around the belief that every Canadian deserves that same experience.
