How does delivery work?
We offer standard delivery as long as there’s a clear path with at least 8 feet of clearance. If your location doesn’t allow for that, we also offer crane delivery or on-site assembly for an additional fee.

Do we need to prepare a base?
Yes, a base should be prepared before our team arrives. This can be a wooden deck, concrete pad, or a simple gravel base with patio stones. We’ll provide you with a detailed base layout guide and are happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
What is the typical lead time for production and delivery?
Our current lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks. This may vary depending on the model, selected options, and your delivery location. Our team will provide a more accurate estimate during the ordering process.
How does installation work?
Installation of our wood-burning sauna stoves is included in the delivery fee—our team will handle the setup on-site so your sauna is ready to use when we leave.
For electric stoves, a certified electrician is required for installation. If you're located in the Ottawa area, we’d be happy to recommend a trusted contractor.
Does my sauna come with a warranty?
Yes! Kodiak Saunas includes a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on the sauna structure. Our sauna stoves also come with a 2 or 3-year warranty, provided by the stove manufacturer.
