How does delivery work?
Kodiak includes free standard spa delivery within 100 km of our Ottawa showroom. For deliveries beyond this area, a small per-kilometre fee applies.
If access is limited, we also offer competitive rates on crane delivery to safely place the spa exactly where you want it.
Do we need to prepare a base?
Yes, a base should be prepared before our team arrives. Suitable options include a wooden deck, concrete pad, or a simple gravel base.
If you're located in the Ottawa area, the Kodiak team can also install a gravel base for you, which can be included as part of your quote.
What is the typical lead time for production and delivery?
Our typical lead time from order to delivery is approximately 4 weeks for hot tubs and 6 weeks for swim spas.
How does installation work?
We deliver and install your hot tub in its final location, including installing the cover. Electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician. We can provide recommendations for trusted local electricians if needed.
Does my spa come with a warranty?
