Sauna Vapour Foil
Designed specifically for sauna construction, this 48-inch-wide aluminum foil vapour barrier covers approximately 275 square feet, making it suitable for sauna rooms up to 7' × 7'.
The full aluminum foil construction provides a highly effective vapour barrier while reflecting radiant heat back into the sauna for improved heat retention and efficiency. Unlike paper-backed alternatives, this all-foil material offers greater durability, superior moisture protection, and reliable performance in the high temperatures and humidity found inside saunas.
When installed correctly and sealed with aluminum foil tape, it creates a continuous vapour barrier that helps protect wall and ceiling cavities from moisture.
Install the foil with the reflective side facing the interior of the sauna.
